We have different processes for cleaning area rugs depending on their type and condition. The first stage is an inspection by our staff to determine the best process for each type of rug. If the rug has special areas to clean or has stains and urine to be removed, we determine the best and safest way to clean the rug. Once this stage is done, we dust the rug to remove loose dust and grit. We then place the rug in our cleaning pools. We use a gentle, green cleaning solution which will not damage the color of rug but will loosen dirt and stains from the rug fiber. After soaking, we use a brush to scrub each fiber, leaving them clean and dust free. If your rug was looking dull because of dirty fibers, you will be amazed at how new your rug looks again. After the cleaning process is completed all area rugs are rinsed, spun dry in a centrifuge, and then hung in a temperature controlled room to dry. After this they are wrapped and ready to be delivered to you.
